At Crowne Plaza London – Docklands we understand that you may wish to hire your own caterers, and we are more than happy to accommodate this request. If you wish to use an outside Caterer there will be only the room hire and your drinks to pay. Our satellite kitchen located on the first floor adjacent to the function room is available for your outside caterers

If you choose to use Outside Caterers for your Wedding Party, please note that the following policy will apply:

The Caterer you have chosen for your food needs to provide the following documents:

  • Health and Safety Certificate
  • Insurance Documents
  • Deposit for possible damages of £ 1,000 (the deposit will be refunded after the event)

Your caterer has to sign a contract with the Crowne Plaza London Docklands for the evening
If your Caterer is unable to provide the above mentioned documents, they will not be permitted to use our facilities.

DOCKLANDS EAST:

  • Size: 11.0m x 9.5m x 3.25m
  • Maximum of number of guests: 100
  • Room Hire: £ 3,500 per evening subject to date and availability

DOCKLANDS WEST:

  • Size: 14.0m x 9.5m x 3.25m
  • Maximum number of people: 100
  • Room Hire: £ 3,800 per evening subject to date and availability

DOCKLANDS SUITE:

  • Size: 25.0m x 9.5m x 3.25m
  • Maximum of number guests: 210
  • Room Hire: £ 5,000 per evening subject to date and availability
